What is it?

 The 5-year guide is our strategic plan for the next 5 years, it outlines  the  steps  that  will  be  taken  towards  achieving  our vision.

What is the purpose of the 5-year guide? 

This guide is a comprehensive roadmap that highlights our long-term goals and the strategies we will use to reach them. It is designed to align our efforts and ensure that everyone understands our collective direction. 

Brief History of The Guide

Over the past two years, our management team has been working diligently to develop our 5-year guide, which will serve as our strategic plan for the next five years. This guide outlines the steps we will take to achieve our long-term vision and organizational goals.

With input from staff consultations, collaborative working sessions, and internal discussions, we are excited to share the final 5-year guide that refer to as our Wiichihiiwaausinihiikin. This document defines who we are, what we stand for, and what we aim to accomplish in the coming years.

In creating this guide, we’ve incorporated key elements such as our Vision Statements, the Principles of Good Governance, and the Iiyuu Values Project from 2002. From this, we’ve established our Vision and Mission statements, along with six core organizational values to guide our work moving forward.
